  • Treatment Approach

My primary approach to treatment is psychodynamic and emotion-focused but I practice from an integrated perspective, utilizing evidence-based interventions that are best suited for your unique mental health needs. This means that I will be mindful and attentive to the important relationships in your life, how you experience, communicate, and connect with your emotions and how this influences what is bringing you to treatment. Additionally, I will provide tools and interventions that focus on both immediate symptom reduction and long-term change. I believe therapy to be a safe and brave space for self-reflection as much as a space to take risks, explore uncertainties and receive honest and compassionate support in the service and value of the change you seek.
